The Homeowners' Association Board of Directors As of July 1, 2005, Glen Allen's management company is ProCom, 301-261-0777. Meetings The HOA Board of Directors meets on the second Tuesday of alternate months. Residents are welcome. Since meeting times and locations may vary, contact ProCom to confirm time and location. Biographies Karen DeFazio, President Jaculyn Coats, Secretary Charles Brown, Vice-President Charles has lived in Glen Allen since April 1995. After retiring from the telecommunications industry with over 40 years of service in 2003, Charles remains active, volunteering in the Prince Georges Police Department as the President of the Chief’s Citizens Advisory Council, the Chairperson of the District II Citizens Advisory Council, and the District II Crime Analyst. He is also a member of the Community Oriented Policing (COPS) team at District II. In addition to his vice presidential duties on Glen Allen's Board of Directors, he chairs the Architectural Review Committee. He is widowed with seven children and twelve grandchildren.
